Collection of purees for babies | Recipes for Kids
3 min read
When our children start with complementary feeding , we moms squeeze our neurons thinking of different purees for our babies, but in the end the variation that we introduce is minimal. And how boring it must be to eat the same thing every day…!
Sometimes we are surprised that our children refuse food or make farts by filling the wall with mash. Food enters through the senses, sight, smell and taste, and our babies are not lacking in them…
But we must recognize that at the beginning, not being able to play with the textures of food limits us a lot. Today we bring a compilation of puree recipes for babies of different ages, so that you can vary their diet, of course adapting each one to their age and to the recommendations on the introduction of food. To do this, do not forget to read the recommendations on the introduction of food in babies that we already gave you, and that you can see here .
And remember that you have to give him a taste of the flavors little by little, without forcing him, and he will soon get used to eating everything.
