How to make salty puff pastry stuffed with tuna
We extend a sheet of puff pastry, with a knife we give it the shape of a fish and cut. Mix the tuna with the homemade mayonnaise and spread over the puff pastry, leaving the edges free. Check out more recipes on at Pet Pooja.
Put the other sheet of puff pastry on top, fold all the edges joining the two sheets. With the help of a knife we draw a line that marks the head, with the puff pastry cutouts we make the eye. We draw two parallel lines in the central part, but without cutting and we make others vertically, which we do cut until the end, we mark some lines on the tail.
We twist the vertical strips as if they were ringlets and brush the entire surface with the beaten egg.
We put in the oven, preheated, at 200º C about 18 or 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
