- 2 slices of bread
- 100g mushrooms
- 1/2 spring onion
- 30g cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 100g milk
- extra virgin olive oil
- Grated Emmental cheese
How to prepare a delicious mushroom toast
Clean the mushrooms and cut them to your liking. In parallel, cut the onion into small pieces.
In a frying pan add a little olive oil and fry the mushrooms . We booked.
With the same oil, fry the chopped onion until tender. Meanwhile, we toast the bread.
We dissolve the Cornstarch in the milk and add little by little to the pan where we have the poached onion, stirring constantly with a whisk until the bechamel thickens (it does so right away). Add the mushrooms and a little salt and pepper.
On the toasted bread, we add the mixture of bechamel, onion and mushrooms that we have prepared and pour over this grated Emmental cheese (thirst generous), we take it to the oven until the cheese melts. We serve the toasted mushrooms hot.
