Today we propose a potato and corn cream for babies , we already know how complicated it is to vary the menu when they eat almost everything crushed.
At home we call this cream of potatoes American cream because it only contains products that came from the American continent, that is, potatoes, tomatoes and corn .
By the way, in the potato cream I leave some grains of corn without crushing so that it gets used to chewing.
This cream is very soft so you can give it to older babies for dinner.
Potato, corn and tomato cream
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 2 handfuls of corn kernels
Preparation of potato cream
We put the chopped potato to cook in a pot covered with water, when it takes eight minutes or so we add the peeled tomato and the corn (I used frozen), let everything cook and grind.
We serve with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and some unground corn kernels.
