Potito of rice with chicken and vegetables
- 100g of white rice
- 200 g clean chicken thigh
- 2 carrots
- 2 courgettes
- 2 ripe tomatoes
First peel the tomatoes by scalding them in boiling water and remove the seeds. Cut the vegetables into large pieces and boil them with the chicken. Meanwhile, prepare the rice by boiling it in water for 25 minutes (take twice as much water as rice). When it is boiled, wash it under cold water and let it drain. Mix with the vegetables and chicken and blend with the blender or food mill.
