This Zucchini Turkey Cheese Steak is not a steak. But one day the idea came to me and I tried to see how it turned out. The truth is that I really liked it! And since then there hasn’t been a week that I haven’t prepared it, especially for dinners because it’s super simple.
That’s why today I want to share this zucchini recipe with you. I hope you like it and encourage you to try it.
Zucchini fillet, turkey and cheese
Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- Turkey
- Havarti sliced cheese
- Grated cheese
- Oregano
- a pinch of salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- Tomatoes
How to prepare a fillet of zucchini, turkey and cheese
Very simple: brush with a little oil an oven-safe dish.
Cut the zucchini into rather thin slices. We put a first layer of zucchini in the oven source with a little salt.
A second layer of sliced turkey and a third layer of sliced cheese . Finally, another layer of zucchini and sprinkle grated cheese on top, oregano and baked.
Bake with the oven preheated to 180º, heat up and down until the cheese begins to gratin.
Serve hot, accompanied by some tomato slices.
